Can I order on the website?
Currently, we are not selling our products online. Brockmann products are sold in over 500 North American retailers. Please visit our store locator to find the retailer nearest you.

Where are your chocolates produced?
All of our chocolates are produced at our facility in Delta, BC.

Are your chocolates gluten free?
Yes, all flavours of Truffini and Crunchetti are gluten free.

Are your products kosher?
Yes, our production is supervised by Kosher Check, a non-profit global kosher certification agency headquartered in Vancouver, BC.

Are your products non-GMO?
Not quite yet but we’re getting there. Most of the ingredients we use in our products are already Non-GMO.

What is the shelf life of your chocolates?
Guaranteed 12 months from production date. See our Chocolate Care page for more information.

Do you have sugar-free chocolates?
Yes, we carry a line of no-sugar-added chocolate bars, but they are only available in our factory outlet store.

Who creates your chocolate recipes?
Our recipes are guided by the creative mind of Norbert Brockmann, a master chocolatier with over 50 years of experience and family recipes.

What kind of premium chocolate do you use?
Our chocolate is currently sourced from Barry Callebaut
